Installation: if you choose to not download optional Color Profiles Set, please install in "Custom" mode and choose Driver only - without Colorprofiles/MagicMatch.
Win2000: scanner should be connected through PCI (not ISA!) SCSI card with driver for w2k installed, turned on and "ready" before boot.
WinXP: ask service-agency for detailed instructions, in some cases scanner firmware should be upgraded. At least, new XP-compatible driver for SCSI card should be installed BEFORE reboot WinXP
